CastGenie is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that helps users transform their content into optimized social media posts. The Service includes content capture tools, AI transformation capabilities, and social media publishing features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal

5. Social Media Integration

When you connect third-party social media accounts (such as Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok) to CastGenie, you authorize us to post content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all content published through your connected accounts. You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through your account settings, which will immediately revoke our access.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or transform using CastGenie. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service.

7. Subscription and Payments

CastGenie offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

8. Affiliate Program

CastGenie offers an affiliate program where users can earn commissions by referring new customers. Affiliates earn 20% commission on payments from referred users. Commission payouts are subject to our affiliate program terms and minimum payout thresholds. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastGenie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
